Do you have a minimum quantity?

  • Yes - our minimum quantity is 500. If you cannot see the quantity you're after please fill in the Get a Quote form. Remember, it is always more cost-efficient to get a larger order!

What shapes can you cut?

We currently offer square, rectangle, circle or custom shapes. We offer simple shape-cutting - labels with no more than 5 points. For custom shapes, sizes and quantity fill out our Get a Quote form.

What stocks do you offer?

  • We currently offer a range of Polypropylene and Paper based stocks.

What size labels do you offer?

  • Our labels start at a minimum size of 30mm x 30mm and cannot be smaller. The maximum size we have available is 308mm x 1000mm.

Can you provide labels with perfectly squared/sharp corners?

  • No - our cutting requires all corners to be rounded with a minimum radius of 1mm.

Can the labels be applied on wet surfaces?

  • Please note that our adhesives cannot adhere to moisture. It is highly recommended to apply the label on dry surfaces. Despite not offering a high tac label stock, our selection is solely comprised of acrylic-based adhesives and does not feature wet apply labels.

What size core will the labels come in?

  • To ensure consistency, we exclusively provide a core size of 76mm accompanied by an outward-facing label.

Do you offer lamination?

  • Yes - we only offer gloss/matte lamination options on our vinyl labels.

Artwork

What colours can I print?

  • Print in any colors you desire. Optimal printing results are achieved when your artwork is in CMYK mode—stay away from RGB. Want the closest match to a pantone color? Go for Pantone C spot color. Keep in mind, colors may vary on different monitors!

What file formats and sizes do you accept?

  • For best results, we recommend vector files with a minimum resolution of 300dpi or higher. Your artwork should be in CMYK mode.

Will I have to include the cutline?

  • You're welcome to add the cutline. We're more than happy to include it for you. We'll send you a proof of the artwork with the cutline included.

How accurately can my sticker cut?

  • We constantly maintain and calibrate our equipment to keep accuracy. Stickers can have a marginal cutting movement of +/- 1mm. We always recommend leaving a 3mm bleed around the artwork.

Do you offer white ink?

  • Absolutely! Jazz up your packaging with a hint of white ink on our roll stock!

Custom Labels

Do you do holographic stickers?

  • Yes - We can print on silver vinyl which gives out that shiny and holographic like finish. For silver vinyl fill out our Get a Quote form.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

  • All orders are sent via Express Post. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days from the day it is dispatched.
  • Additional days may be required for remote islands and some areas.
  • Please note that we do not have a delivery date guarantee. Therefore,
    please have enough time to place an order, proof submission, and payments.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or accidents
    from the shipment of the item to the delivery address.

Can I track my order?

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, and the tracking information will be sent to you via email. This way, you can easily track the progress of your order and stay informed about its status.

Can I change my shipping address?

  • If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, changing the delivery address is easy. Just email us your order number and the new delivery address, and we'll take care of it for you.
