Everything you need to know about sending files and approving your proof. Whether you're sending a polished print-ready PDF or a logo from Canva, we'll walk you through it.
You don't need to have a print-ready file to order. Send us what you have and we'll tell you if we need anything else at the proof stage.
A PDF exported from Illustrator, Canva or InDesign with at least 3mm bleed and 300 DPI. This is the fastest path to your proof, we can usually go straight to production-ready.
High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI minimum at print size). Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) are ideal for logos and icons. We'll optimise them in pre-press.
Download your Canva design as a PDF (Print, with bleed turned on) or a high-res PNG. Don't use the default "Share" PNG, go to Download and select "PDF Print."
We send a PDF proof before printing anything. Here's exactly what you'll receive and what to look for.
Not happy with the proof? Reply with the changes you need. We revise and send an updated proof at no cost, as many times as it takes until it's right.
When you're happy, reply to the proof email with your approval. That's the green light to production. We go to print the same day for orders received before 2pm AEST.
Once you approve the proof, production begins. Check everything before replying, spelling, layout, sizes. We can't stop the press once it's started.
