When to choose bumper

Anything going outdoors: vehicles, surfboards, helmets, outdoor gear, festival merch, event giveaways exposed to weather. Choose die-cut instead if you need transparent vinyl or non-rectangular custom shapes.

If it's going outside on a vehicle or anything that gets weather exposure, you want bumper, the vinyl is rated for 5+ years outdoors. For everything else (laptops, water bottles, gift bags, merchandise drops), die-cut is your friend, especially if you want clear vinyl or a custom shape.

Bumper stickers are rectangle or square only. The premium outdoor vinyl is supplied in sheet form and we cut to standard rectangles. For custom shapes outdoors, we recommend die-cut with our outdoor-grade laminate, contact us for a quote.

30×30mm is the smallest standard size. Smaller than that gets fiddly to cut and peel. For sub-30mm stickers, sticker sheets work better (kiss-cut on a backing).

Yes. The vinyl itself is fully waterproof and laminated with a UV protective layer. Can go through car washes, sit in rain, handle direct sun for years. Just clean the surface before applying.

Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol, dry it, peel the backing slowly while pressing the sticker down from one edge. Use a credit card or squeegee to push out air pockets as you go. Easy.

Below 10 the cost-per-sticker gets expensive (setup vs. run cost), and the proofing time per sticker isn't economical for either of us. For one-off prototype stickers, contact us directly with what you need.
