The terms that apply when you order from Sticky Sitch.
These terms apply to all orders placed with Sticky Sitch (ABN 61 661 239 943) through our website or directly with our team. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
An order is confirmed when payment is received in full. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If there is an issue with your order — for example, if we are unable to print your specified size or material — we will contact you before proceeding.
All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST (10%) is applied at checkout. Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork. We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI and EPS files. We recommend PDF at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed.
As standard, we perform minor pre-press adjustments at no extra charge, including colour mode conversion, resolution checks and bleed extension. We will notify you of any significant issues before proceeding.
By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the designs, images and content in that artwork. We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from artwork supplied by you.
If you require a design service, we offer this from $100 + GST. Contact us to discuss your requirements before placing an order.
Every order receives a free digital proof before anything goes to print. We will email your proof to the address provided at checkout.
We aim to send proofs within a few hours of receiving your artwork on business days. Production does not begin until you approve your proof in writing (email reply).
You are responsible for checking all elements of your proof carefully before approving, including spelling, layout, colours, sizes and bleed. Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately and no changes can be made.
If you need revisions after receiving your proof, reply to the proof email and we will send a revised version. Revisions are unlimited and free of charge.
Our standard turnaround is 3 to 4 business days from the date your proof is approved. Business days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Orders confirmed and artwork approved before 1pm AEST on a business day will begin production the same day. Orders confirmed or approved after 1pm will begin the following business day.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a delay affecting your order.

We ship Australia-wide via express courier. Free express shipping applies to orders over $100 + GST. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Delivery times after dispatch are estimated at 1 to 2 business days for metropolitan areas and 2 to 4 business days for regional areas. These are courier estimates and not guarantees.
Local pickup is available from our factory at 84/90 Cranwell Street, Braybrook VIC 3019 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST). Please call ahead on 0405 136 951 so we can have your order ready.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for what to do.
We print using a CMYK process. Colours on your screen (which displays in RGB) may appear differently to the finished printed product. We recommend setting your artwork to CMYK before submitting for the most accurate colour reproduction.
Minor variations in colour, finish and size between orders are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects unless they materially differ from the approved proof.
Metallic or foil effects cannot be replicated through our standard digital print process. Silver vinyl gives a metallic appearance but is a printed material, not a foil.
All content on the Sticky Sitch website — including text, images, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to Sticky Sitch and may not be reproduced without permission.
Artwork and files you submit to us remain your property. We will not use your designs for any purpose other than producing your order.
To the extent permitted by law, Sticky Sitch's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss arising from delays in delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantee, warranty or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
